Hi, my name is Sage and I want to do your hair! My personal, intimate salon is located in Indianapolis, Indiana at Salon Lofts Traders Point. 5650 W 86th St loft 9 Indianapolis, IN 46278 United States I have curated a culture of kindness, mutual respect, and love. Relationships are key in my space and I intended to cultivate respectful, trustworthy relationships with each and every one of my guests! From blondes to brunettes, and all the colors in between I am OBSESSED with adding dimension and creating the best version of your hair! My passion for hair all began in high school during prom season. There is something truly unique about being a key component in someone’s special prom night, or their wedding day. After completing beauty school through The Aveda Frederic’s Institute, I started a year long apprenticeship that helped refine and mold me as a stylist. Four years later here I am! I can’t wait to see you in my chair! ❤️ If you have any booking questions or are unsure of what type of service to book you can reach me at sagehallam@gmail.com When you arrive for you appointment, please enter the building through the main doors located between Subway and Traders Mill. You can continue straight back to find loft 9 on the right hand side! If I am with a guest, feel free to take a seat in the chairs located right outside of my room. POLICIES: CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is now required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 48 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the service cost. Furthermore, a non-transferable deposit may be required if the client reschedules an appointment more than once. LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. The client will be charged for the last minute cancellation. REFUND POLICY: We pride ourselves on exceptional quality of work. We will do our best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to the salon within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued and we will do our best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner. By booking your appointment you are agreeing with my policies stated above.

Cancellation Policy

I require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Any appointments that result in less than 24 hour notice or no-show their appointment, will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. I am very understanding that life happens, so please contact me if you become sick or have an emergency! Thank you for your understanding
